The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a special service to all Advocate associates

What is the EAP?

The EAP is a confidential service for you.  It is a voluntary and confidential source of help for all types of issues.  The EAP provides licensed and experienced counselors who care, listen, and will help you assess the problem and make a plan for dealing with it.  The EAP can help you connect with local support groups, community organizations, therapists, and other appropriate treatment resources.  This service is provided at NO COST TO YOU.

The EAP is prepared to assist in:

  • Stress management
  • Work issues
  • Parenting skills
  • Loss/death/grieving
  • Anger management
  • Coping skills
  • Depression/anxiety/behavioral health concerns
  • Alcohol/substance abuse/addictions
